Are you sick of seeing tablets that all look pretty much the same just with different innards? When you look at a few such as the Motorola XOOM, Samsung’s new 10.1model and even the newly showcased tablet we have seen from NVIDIA, they all look pretty similar.
Enter the Marvell tablet. Is this one of the best looking tablets the world has seen so far? Phandroid’s Rob Jackson reports that many people would say that a lot of Androidtablets look like an iPad, not this one. It has a rubber outer casing which gives the device a certain rugged feel, Rob Jackson says that this is just a prototype but it may come into production with a GPS company in the future.
It also has a pretty cool feature that you wouldn’t see on any other tablet. On the reverse side of the device as shown in the video at the end of the article, there is a grill that is in the shape of the Android Bot! Whilst the video says it’s a speaker cover it looks a lot more like a heat vent to us.
Although it has an interesting design, there aren’t too many Android devices in the GPS world if that is where its intentions lie, but if they are even half as successful as they have been in the smartphone and tablet PC world then they stand to do very well.
